Country Kitchen Casserole

6 sl Bread -- cubed
2 c Milk
1 lb Sausage
1 ts Salt
1 c Cheddar cheese -- shredded
1/4 ts Pepper
6 Egg
1/4 ts Tabasco sauce

Night Before:Cook sausage, crumbled, until well done. In butterd 1 1/2 quart casserole, layer bread, sausage and cheese. In a separate bowl, beat lightly rest of ingredients. Pour over bread, sausage and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To serve, uncover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
