Beef and Vegetable Casserole

3 lg potatoes peeled & thinly sliced
2 med carrots thinly sliced
1 med onion chopped
2 stalks celery sliced
1 can green beans drained
1 lb ground beef browned and well drained
1 1/2 cans tomato soup
1 can water
1/2 - 2 tsp chili powder
seasoning salt

Layer vegetables in slow cooker in order given. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and pepper. Spread browned ground beef on vegetables. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper. Mix 1 can soup with water and chili powder. Pour evenly over meat. Spread 1/2 can undiluted soup over meat layer. Cover and cook on high 4 hours, or low 8 hours.
