Beef Cabbage Casserole

1 lb Ground beef
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 cn (10 3/4 oz.) condensed Tomato soup
1 Soup can water
4 tb Rice
4 c Chopped cabbage

Combine ground beef and onion in a skillet; cook until browned. Add tomato soup and water; bring to a boil. Add rice and mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Place cabbage in a large baking dish. Spread meat mixture evenly over cabbage.

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
