Herbed Corn Casserole

1 c Milk
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 Egg, well beaten
1 cn Whole kernel corn, drained
1 c Herb seasoned bread stuffing mix
1 sm Onion, minced
1 t Parsley flakes
1 c Dry bread crumbs
2 T Oleo


Combine milk and mayonnaise, mix well. Add egg, corn, stuffing, onion and parsley. Pour into greased and floured 8 inch round baking pan. Toss bread crumbs with melted oleo. Sprinkle over corn mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
