Mirliton Casserole

1 Tiny bit of olive oil 2 c ham
1 c Chopped onion
1 + lb shrimp, cut up
6 Mirlitons
2 c Italian bread crumbs
2 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Parsley flakes
1/2 ts Cayenne 1 tsp liquid crab boil

Saute ham and onion in olive oil. Add shrimp. Boil mirlitons. Seed them and scoop pulp from shell. Mix together all ingredients. Place in casserole. Cover with bread crumbs and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
