Wild Rice Casserole

1 c Wild rice; (washed under cold water)
3 c Hot broth; (chicken or veggie)
3 tb Chopped onion
3 tb Bell pepper; (red, green and/or yellow)
Saute liquid of choice
Parsley and/or cilantro for garnish


saute onions & peppers. add rice & belnd. transfer all to casserole dish & add broth. cover & bake @ 350degrees for 45minuntes (or until broth has absorbed).
