Chip Beef Casserole

1 pk Macaroni, 8 oz., cook in Unsalted water
3 tb Butter
1/4 lb Chipped beef
1/4 c Chopped green pepper
3 tb Flour
1 1/2 c Milk
3/4 c Grated American cheese
Pepper to taste


Cook and drain macaroni. In a skillet put butter, beef and green peppers, stir in flour a little at a time. Mix until smooth; then add milk. Cook until thick, add cheese and melt. Pour sauce over macaroni. Mix. Put in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
