Green Rice Casserole

1 bn Scallions; chopped
1 cl Garlic
1 tb Oil
2 1/2 c Brown rice; cooked
1/3 c Fresh parsley; chopped
1/2 c Swiss cheese; grated
2 Eggs; beaten
2 c Milk
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dill weed


Preheat oven to 350. Chop scallions and saute with garlic in oil until soft; crush the garlic with a fork. Combine with remaining ingredients in greased 2 quart casserole. (Be sure to reduce the amount of salt if you us rice that is already salted) Bake about 45 minutes.
