Crab Casserole

1 lb Fresh crab meat
1 c Saltines; crumbled
1/3 c Mayonnaise
1/3 c Milk
1 1/3 tb Worcesterhire sauce
1 ts Mustard
1 Lemon; juice of
1 ds Tabasco
Salt to taste


Pick crabmeat carefully for shell pieces, sprinkle with salt, add lemon jui ce and set aside. Add remaining seasoning to mayonnaise, add milk and toss this mixture lightly with crab meat. Place in buttered casserole, cover wit h crumbled saltines. Dot generously with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350~.
