Hash Brown Casserole

1 Frozen hash browns (~1. 5 lb); julienned or cubed
4 tb Butter; melted
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
1 pt Sour cream
1/2 c Onion; minced or chopped
2 c Cheddar cheese; grated
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper (black)
Topping:
2 c Cornflakes; crushed
2 tb Butter; melted


Defrost hash browns. Combine next 7 ingredients and mix with hash browns. Pour all in a 13x9 dish. Saute cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for about 40 min.
