Potato Casserole

8 lg Potatoes; boiled in their skins, peeled & grated
1/2 Stick butter; melted
2 c Sour cream;
1/3 c Onion; grated
2 c Colby cheese; grated
3 Cloves garlic; pressed
1/2 ts Salt;
1/2 ts Black pepper;
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup;
2 tb Butter;
2 sl Bread; dried overnight, made into crumbs


Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients except 2 Tbl. butter and bread crumbs well and place in 9x13 pan; combine butter and crumbs and spread over top. Bake 45 minutes.
