Baked Egg Casserole

12 Eggs -- beaten
2 c Longhorn cheese -- grated
1 pt Sour cream
2 c Ham; cooked -- chopped
1/2 ts Salt

Beat eggs, sour cream and salt until creamy. Fold 1 1/2 cups of cheese, reserve 1/2 cup, and ham into mixture. Pour into greased 9x13-inch Pyrex dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350~ for 30 minutes.
