Chicken and Rice Casserole

6 Chicken Thighs
1 c Uncooked Minute Rice
1 cn Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cn Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Small Jar Mushrooms (OPT)
1 1/4 c Water
1 pk Dry Onion Soup Mix


Spray 9x13 casserole with vegetable spray. Mix Rice, Water, Cream of Chicken Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, and Mushrooms, and put in casserole dish. Place Chicken Thighs on top of mixture, and sprinkle with the Dry Onion Soup Mix. Cover and bake at 350 for 2 hours. DO NOT OPEN UP TO PEEK!!
