Artichoke Spinach Casserole

1 cn (8-oz) artichokes; quartered
2 pk Frozen chopped spinach; cooked & drained
1 Stick butter or margarine; melted
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese
1/3 lb Bacon; fried crisp & crumbled
Parmesan cheese




Combine all ingredients except bacon & cheese in a casserole. Put bacon & cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
