Potato Bake Casserole

1 cn Cream of celery soup
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 ct (8-oz) sour cream
1 sm Onion; chopped
1 sm Bell pepper; chopped
1 pk (32-oz) frozen hash brown potatoes

Mix together soups, sour cream, onion & green pepper. Add potatoes & mix well. Pour into a greased 13x9-inch dish. Bake at 300 for 2 hours. Yields 15-20 servings.
