Sausage Casserole

1/2 c Chopped green pepper
1/2 c Chopped onions
1/2 c Chopped celery
1 cn Sliced water chestnuts
1 lb Bulk sausage
3 Envelopes chicken noodle soup mix
1/2 c Raw rice
4 c Water

Cook first 5 ingredients in skillet until sausage is done. Put in casserole with last 3 ingredients, mix well, bake covered at 350 for 1 hour. Bake uncovered for 30 more minutes.
