Sausage-Rice Casserole

1 lb Sausage, bulk
1 c Celery; chopped
1 c Onion; chopped
1 cn Soup, cream of mushroom
1 cn Soup, cream of chicken
1 cn Water
1 c Rice, regular; uncooked

Brown sausage; drain. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir gently to mix. Spoon into a 3-quart casserole; cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
