Zucchini Corn Casserole

3 Zucchini; sliced 1/4" thick, up To 4
1 Onion; sliced
2 c Frozen Corn Kernels
1 c Mild Mexican Salsa

Place 1/2 cup water in a large pot. Add onion and saute briefly. Add zucchini, stir a few times, then cover and steam about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix in corn kernels and salsa. Turn into a casserole dish, cover and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
