No-Peek Casserole

2 lb Beef stew meat -- cut up
16 oz Sour cream
1 c Red wine
1 lb Mushrooms (you can cheat and use Canned)
1 pk Lipton brand dry soup mix
1 cn Campbells brand mushroom Soup
1 ts Garlic powder
1 ds Louisiana Hot Sauce -- (optional)
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingrediants, cover tightly, bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Don't peek! Serve hot over noodles.
