Broccoli Green Pea Casserole

2 pk Frozen chopped broccoli
2 Eggs; beaten
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 c Grated sharp cheese
1 md Onion; chopped
1 cn (17-oz) English peas; drained
1/2 c Cracker crumbs


Cook broccoli by package directions. Drain. Beat eggs & mix together with everything else except broccoli, peas & crumbs. Butter a 2-quart casserole. Alternate layers of broccoli, peas & sauce. Make 2 layers of each. Top with cracker crumbs & bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
