Squash Casserole

2 cn Squash
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
1 ct (small) sour cream
1 Stick margarine
2 md Carrots; grated coarsley
1 md Onion; chopped fine
1 cn (small) pimentos; chopped
1 pk Pepperidge Farm poultry stuffing mix


Cook squash with salt, pepper & onion. Drain & mash. Mix margarine & stuffing together & cover bottom of baking dish with half of this mixture. Then make a layer of all other ingredients mixed together. Top with rest of stuffing mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
