Crunchy Squash Casserole

10 oz Squash, frozen-cooked
2 tb Butter (Saute)
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
6 oz Stuffing-Chicken flavored
1 c Onion-chooped (Saute)
8 oz Sour cream
1 cn Water chestnuts
6 tb Butter-melted


Cook squash per instructions on package. Sautee onions Mix squash, onions, sour cream, soup, water chestnuts, 3/4 of stuffing/ butter mix. Place into 2 gt casserole and sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or Microwave for 8 minutes.
