Enchilada Casserole

1 lb Ground beef
1 ts Garlic powder
1 md Onion, chopped
2 tb Chili powder
8 oz Tomato sauce
8 oz Sauce can water
12 Corn tortillas
10 1/2 oz Can cream of chicken soup
1/2 Soup can milk
1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese


Brown ground beef with garlic powder and onion. Drain. Add chili powder, tomato sauce and water. Stir. Line a 9 x 13 pan (coated with cooking spray) with 6 tortillas. Pour meat mixture into pan. Add second layer of tortillas. Combine soup and milk, pour over tortillas. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 deg f for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top is slightly browned.
