Corn Casserole

2 tb Margarine
1 sm Onion, minced
2 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
1 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Dry mustard
Black pepper to taste
3/4 c Milk
1 Egg, slightly beaten
16 oz Kernel corn, drained

In 1 qt casserole, microwave marg and onion on high, covered for 1-2 minutes or til onion is transparent. Stir in flour, salt, paprika, mustard & pepper. Blend well until smooth. Beat milk and egg together and stir into flour mix. Blend til smooth. Stir in corn. Microwave at 70%, covered for 10-12 minutes until bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes.
