Lobster Casserole

2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Dash of salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups Lobster Meat
1 cup milk


Combine all ingredients. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 F.


Yield: 6 servings
