Crab and Shrimp Casserole

2 to 2 1/2 lbs. cooked Shrimp
2 cans Crab Meat
2 cans chopped water chestnuts
2 cups diced celery
2 cups mayonnaise thinned with sherry
1 package Pepperidge Farm herb dressing

Mix first 5 ingredients; cover with dressing crumbs. Bake at 300 F for 25 minutes.
