Crab and Shrimp Casserole

1 lb. lump Crab Meat
3 lbs. Shrimp, peeled
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 - 3/4 cup milk

Put Crab Meat and Shrimp in 13"x9" casserole. Put cut up cream cheese and grated cheese over seafood. Pour milk over. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
