Haddock and Shrimp Casserole

2 lbs. Haddock
1 small can Shrimp, drained
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 can frozen Shrimp soup, thawed
1 stick butter

Combine crackers and softened butter; set aside. Place fish in baking dish, topped with thawed Shrimp soup and drained Shrimp. Cover with cracker mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
