Corn and Oyster Casserole

1 can cream style corn
1 small can cove Oysters
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup crushed cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients and dot liberally with butter. To make extra rich and tasty add 1/2 cup cream to casserole about 10 minutes before done. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes.
