Rice and Salmon Casserole

1 can Salmon
1 small green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cans tomatoes, chopped
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 soup can water


Mix well in lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours.


Serves 4 to 6
