Shrimp and Rice Casserole

1 cup long grain rice
1 can beef or chicken consomme
3/4 cup water
1 bouillon cube (beef or chicken)
1/4 lb. butter
1 can Shrimp
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. curry powder


Mix together and bake 1 hour at 350 F in covered dish (stir after 40 minutes).


Serves 6
