Seafood Casserole

2 cans Shrimp (2 cups)
1 cup Crab Meat
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 onion, chopped fine
1 cup chopped celery
Seafood seasoning, (Old Bay)


Saute pepper, onion, and celery in butter. Mix with other ingredients. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cook 30 minutes at 300 F.
