Corn and Shrimp Casserole

2 cups corn
2 Tbsp. melted oleo
3/4 cup milk
1 cup Shrimp
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped


Mix corn with melted oleo, milk, Shrimp, seasonings. Add well beaten eggs, chopped pepper and onion. Bake in casserole dish, biscuit topping for 25 minutes in a hot oven.
