Shrimp and Rice Casserole

1/2 cup chopped onions
2/3 cup chopped bell peppers
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups chopped Shrimp
1/2 cup pimento
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup water

Cook 10 minutes. Place in casserole, top with bread crumbs and bake at 375 F for 30 minutes.
