Crawfish Casserole

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 lb. Crawfish, boiled and peeled
1 cup brown rice, cooked

Saute onion and celery in margarine. Add cream cheese, soup, Crawfish and rice. Bake at 350 F until warm through and through. This is also good with boiled Shrimp.
