Crab Meat and Shrimp Casserole

3/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 lb. Crab Meat
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. Shrimp
Dash cayenne pepper and salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce


Saute first 3 ingredients in butter. Add seafood and remaining ingredients. Bake in 2 quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350 F.
