Salmon Casserole

1 lb. can Salmon
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1/4 cup margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Remove bones and skin from Salmon. Saute onions in margarine in skillet. Add flour, salt and blend. Add milk gradually and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add Salmon. Pour into 8 inch GREASED casserole. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 40-50 minutes.
