Salmon Caesar Casserole

1 lb. can Red Salmon, flaked
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 can mushroom soup
6 oz. package Brownberry Caesar Croutons


Beat eggs - milk and soup - stir in croutons, flaked Salmon, green pepper and onion. Pour in greased casserole, 11 x 7 inch. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, or until set in center.
