Shrimp and Lobster Casserole

1 lb. mushrooms in 1 stick butter or margarine - set aside
3 lbs. cooked Shrimp
1 lb. cooked Lobster Meat
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups light cream
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 Tbsp. ketchup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed


Mix well and add mushrooms. Chill overnight. Bake at 325 F, 45 minutes covered with foil; 15 minutes uncovered.
