Shrimp Broccoli Casserole

1 1/2 lbs. cooked Shrimp, peeled
4 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli, steamed or cooked slightly
1 stick oleo or butter
2 cans cream of Shrimp soup
6 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese with chives

Let butter and cream cheese come to room temperature. Cream together and add soup. Put broccoli into greased casserole dish, 9"x13". Add Shrimp and then pour sauce over all. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8
