Crab and Shrimp Casserole

1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Shrimp
1 cup mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Crab Meat
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients, except crumbs, in a buttered casserole. Sprinkle top with crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Note: This is a good stuffing for Flounder or Sole. It is also good baked in acorn squash.
