Lobster Shrimp Casserole

1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
8 oz. cooked Lobster, cut up
1 (5 3/4 oz.) can of Shrimp
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes or until celery is done.

Serves 4 to 6
