Easy Shrimp Casserole

5 slices bread, buttered, cut in 2" cubes
1 1/2 cups (cooked) Shrimp (small or medium)
2 cups grated cheese (your preference)
3 (beaten) eggs


Preheat oven to 350 F.


In casserole or souffle dish, layer bread, Shrimp and cheese; repeat.


Combine eggs and milk. Pour over layers.


Set in shallow pan of hot water and bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes. Serve with salad.


Serves 4-6
