Crab Casserole

1 lb. Crab Meat
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup milk
4 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 cup buttered crumbs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 cup cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt


Melt butter in saucepan; add flour and stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs.


Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes.
