Tuna and Rice Casserole

2 cups cooked rice
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna
3/4 cup chopped black olives
1 Tbsp. instant chopped onion
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk


Mix above together. Bake in greased pan at 375 F for 15-20 minutes.


Sauce:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes


Spoon over casserole.
