Salmon Casserole

1 can (#2) Red Salmon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper or celery
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (reg.)
1 1/2 cups hot milk
2 Tbsp. butter

Separate Salmon into flakes and mix with eggs. Add crumbs and seasonings. Melt butter in hot milk. Pour into Salmon mix. Empty into greased, uncovered casserole. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 350 F.
