Crab Casserole

1/2 cup oleo
2/3 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
2 2/3 cups whole milk
3 cans Crab Meat
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 finely chopped pimento
2 tsp. grated onion
Worcestershire and Tabasco to taste


Make a cream sauce. Saute green pepper, onion, oleo and pimentos. Add to cream sauce. Add most of cheese to sauce, leave some for top. Fold in Crab Meat. Top with buttered crumbs and cheese. Heat to bubbling.
