Shrimp rice Casserole

3 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom slices, drained
1 (4.25 oz.) can tiny whole Shrimp, drained
4-6 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. dried minced onion
Dash of salt, pepper and garlic
Extra cheese for topping


Mix above ingredients together and place in casserole dish. Top with extra cheese, sliced or grated. Cover and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake until cheese topping is golden brown.
