Salmon Caesar Casserole

6 oz. caesar salad croutons
1 lb. can Red Salmon, flaked
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
Grated Parmesan cheese

Beat together eggs, milk and soup. Stir in croutons, flaked Salmon, green pepper and onion. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until set in center.

Approximately 8 servings
