Uptown Tuna Casserole

2 (9 1/4 oz.) cans Tuna, drained
2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup diced pimientos
2 Tbsp. diced onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cheese


In large bowl thoroughly mix together Tuna, celery, almonds, lemon juice, olives, pimientos, onions and mayonnaise. Place in 1 1/2 quart dish and top with grated cheese. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.


Serves 4-6
